PROCESSING TIME

Processing time varies depending on other orders, but typically averages 5 weeks once the order has been placed. I will start the journal on the first full month of it's expected arrival. If you are looking to get a journal sooner, or wish to specify the time frame please contact me to discuss my current timeline and potential rush fees.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of this product, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, I do accept cancellations made within 48 hours of a processed order.
